By using the Services, you acknowledge that Chiseled Daizy’s will use your information in the United States, and any other country where Chiseled Daizy’s operates. Please be aware that the privacy laws and standards in certain countries, including the rights of authorities to access your personal information, may differ from those that apply in the country in which you reside. We will transfer personal information only to those countries to which we are permitted by law to transfer personal information as more fully described in the "Terms & Conditions" section of this policy.

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may not return any items to our store. Due to COVID, if your item or items have been received not in the condition shown within our website, you are able to keep the items but receive store credit. No cash will be exchanged for any item. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

There are no returns allowed within any Chiseled Daizy’s purchase. Due to the new world, it is unsafe to return items that have to be unpackaged, opened, or even accessed by anyone else other than the Chiseled Daizy’s team. All items are able to be exchanged for store credit of equal value of purchase, not including the sale price of shipping of the item. Store credit will be awarded after the formal written proof has been received to Chiseled Daizy’s support team with full information on item(s) possible errors within the order. After Chiseled Daizy’s support team has reviewed and accepted your request, a voucher for the amount given for the specific items will be given to the customer for continued use of Chiseled Daizy’s items and services. With any purchase, excluding FREE SHIPPING&TAXES, Chiseled Daizy’s will not refund money from the order that includes taxes or any other form of shipping given in any order from the customer.

Return Process

Please be sure to completely be sure that you do not want the item and email chiseledaizys@gmail.com for more information. Due to the variation of the items and services given to consumers from Chiseled Daizy’s, all exchanges for store credit will vary depending on the purchases made. Please contact our support team with any questions.

Refunds

Due to the new world, Chiseled Daizy’s does not accept returns or exchanges. Once the purchase has been processed, Chiseled Daizy’s will not allow it to be returned for any reason or concern. If an item is bought in the wrong size, you can request store credit for 50% of the purchase price store credit. ALL sales are final. After receiving your item and inspecting the condition, you have all access to Chiseled Daizy’s support team for any further assistance.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details to arrange any further action regarding your purchase. Chiseled Daizy’s values all customers and hope to continue to serve anyone who purchases from our website or use any services. PLEASE NOTE sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged for any store credit.
